Aspiring Teacher Assessment

On May 2nd, 2019, I created an aspiring teacher needs assessment for paraprofessionals within our school that have goals to become teachers in the future. This needs assessment provided myself and my administration team with insight on future possibilities for professional development. This task accounted for 1.5 hours of my internship and attached is the needs assessment that was distributed to paraprofessionals who expressed interest.
